These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Mario Tree Service ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Tree Removal

Complete tree removal including stump grinding and debris cleanup

Tree Trimming

Professional pruning and trimming to maintain tree health and safety

Emergency Services

Professional stump grinding and removal to restore your landscape

Service Agreement Terms

Estimates and Contracts

All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue

Written contracts are required for all services exceeding $500

Changes to agreed work scope require written authorization and may incur additional charges

Payment Terms

Small Projects (Under $500)

Payment due upon completion

Large Projects (Over $500)

50% deposit required, balance due upon completion

Late Payment: Accounts not paid within 30 days may be subject to a 1.5% monthly service charge

Client Responsibilities

Property Access

Ensure clear access to work areas and mark any underground utilities

Property Security

Secure pets and valuables; inform us of any property hazards or concerns

Permits & Approvals

Obtain necessary permits and HOA approvals before work begins

Communication

Provide accurate contact information and respond promptly to scheduling requests

Liability and Insurance

Important Notice

Mario Tree Service carries comprehensive general liability and workers' compensation insurance. However, clients are responsible for any damage to underground utilities not properly marked.

Client Responsibilities

  • Call 811 to mark underground utilities
  • Notify us of any known property hazards
  • Secure pets and remove valuables from work area

Full refund of any deposit paid

Refund minus 25% cancellation fee

Limitation of Liability

Service Limitations: Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Property Damage: While we take every precaution to protect your property, tree removal involves inherent risks. We are not liable for damage to lawns, landscaping, or underground systems not properly marked.

Acts of Nature: We are not responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Governing Law
